This is the first series I have read from Adrienne Torrisi. At first, I didn't care for Ryan's girlfriend, however, she changed after the accident towards Ash. This is a cute & must read series. If you have ever had that one crush in high school, this is the series to read. It would bring back memories. I can't wait to read the next book, to see what happens to Ash , & Todd. I read this book in one day. It is a super cute teen romance with some emotional drama that makes the story unique. I have never read anything like it and I read a lot. A very good story. Loved it.
This book was a fun and light read. I really enjoyed the story line. I mean, who hasn't had a crush on your older brother's best friend's? I definitely recommend buying it and giving it a try. So typical that Ashley feels inadequate next to older and more mature girls. This book brought back a lot of fond memories for me.
I had really high expectations of this book. Based on the synopsis I was eager to get started on this. I was really let down. I gave this two stars instead of one because the end of the book actually was ok but at least 3/4 of the book was just awful. I wouldn't recommend anyone over the age of 12 reading this.
This was a great book. It has everything a good book needs. The drama was serious and there was a lot of tension but at no point in the book did the drama get me bored. If there was anything I thought was wrong and could have been changed, it would be how long it took them to finally get together but if u read this book don't get discouraged waiting for the romance to come is totally worth it!!!! This was an amazing book kudos to the writer. Well done. I fully enjoyed this book!!! So.... five stars!!!!!
Okay, if you are debating if you should purchase this book, stop and buy it already. This book was one of the books I have ever read in my life. It relates so much to a teenage life style. I couldn't stop reading, I had to read more and more and once o reached the end, I found myself angry that I couldn't continue. I have never read a book by this author before so this was something new and i absolutely loved it. I mean, how couldn't i? It was so similar my teenage ways. The characters were well thought out, I liked the personalities.. I just fell in love. I'm excited to read another book by this author hoping it's going to be just as good as this one.
Loved the camaraderie of the friends/family!! I agree with an earlier comment about feeling like the book ended too soon. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't really leave you hanging but would have liked to have heard about the championship game. ; ) I loved the rapport with Ashley and her friends and the sweetness of her and Todd when they finally started "seeing" each other. Can't wait for more books from this author. Keep up the good work!!!
I love this story. This story has romances, humors and reminds you how a first crush feels like. I love all the characters in the story. Both Melody and Kyle are very funny and likable. Kyle's brother, Max is a very funny character and standout in the story. I can't put it down until I finished the story. The writer did a good job in this story. I love her writing style.
